- Responsible to promote Milk Sales & Milk Products and expansion of distribution networks in the area of operations with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets & customer satisfaction
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Achieving the Sales Targets and expansion of distribution networks.
- Regular Collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding.
- Ensure to organize the logistics and timely distribution of Milk & Milk Products.
- Conduct Market Intelligence & Identify the gaps in marketing.
- Promote & extend the model Parlors / HDC business in the area of operation.
- Monitoring, Controlling & Collecting the Crates on time.
- Distributor management
- POSM Management
- Competition Management
- Plan, Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
- Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
