Job description:
- Minimum of 24 months+ of experience with US Healthcare Payer Claims adjudication on Facets Platform.
- Prior experience in adjudicating all types of claims including but not limited to Medical, Hospital (Duplicate claims, Medical Review, DME, Surgery, Therapy, Behavior Health), COB, Adjustment or Rework. Experience of BlueCard/ITS claims is preferred.
- Prior exposure to IT through Education, Training or Work Experience
- Willing to Work in Night Shifts (8.30 PM IST to 5.30AM IST)
- Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to prioritize work; Proactive team player
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Attention to detail; Decision making abilities
- Service excellence and achievement oriented
