- Regular interaction & relationship-building with portfolio customers.

- Profiling customers to offer the right banking solutions.

- Cross-selling financial products (TPP, assets, credit cards, etc.).
- Increasing portfolio penetration and income generation.
- Preventing outflows by tracking FD maturities & CASA balance movements.
✅ Quality & Compliance
- Ensuring adherence to banking regulations & guidelines.
- Accurate and timely logging of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieving quality benchmarks & customer satisfaction scores.
