Job description:
Your Role & Responsibilities
We are searching for a Customer Service that is who can speak English and wants to make a real impact on the BPO Industry as a Representative, for the Lucknow Team. This specific role will be focused on
- Handling and solving Customer problems through inbound phone while assessing client specific tools and knowledge base
- Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at CSR level.
- Updating different trackers like End User complaint tracker etc.
- Implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions by PICs / Team Leads
- Appropriate documentation on client CRM
- Ensuring data security – proprietary data of customers
- Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any stream (BA / BCOM / BSC / BBA only) Only Pass out Candidate.
Excellent Communication Skill
Previous experience in any BPO / KPO or service industry would be preferred.
Willing to Work in Rotation
