Job description:
We are hiring for Email support into Banking (CIBIL) at Chandivali ,Mumbai
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Answer queries through email and to provide information about cibil and services,obtain details of complaints.
2.Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints .
3.Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Requirements:
1. Experience of 1 yr in Email and Banking is Madatory.
2.Graduation is Mandatory.
3.Excellent Communication skills(English) both verbal & Written
Shift Time:
Male- Between 8 am to 11 pm (any 9 hours)
Female- Between 8 am to 8 pm (any 9 hours)
