Packing Supervisor

Job description:
- Getting the shift plan from superiors and allocating the works and work instructions to Technicians.
- Strictly following the GMP norms and Quality system of the organization without any deviation.
- Responsible for ensuring as well as to follow online Documentation at shop floor.
- Responsible for performing online in process quality checks and calibration of supporting equipment.
- Responsible to perform and ensure contemporaneous in process quality checks.
- Responsible to ensure calibration of equipment/instruments as per schedule.
- Responsible for achieving planned output without any deviation.
- Revision of batch documents like BMR, BPR, LOGBOOKS and other GMP documents as on when required.
- Perform reconciliation of input materials and output products at end every batch production.
- Responsible for review of executed batch records before submitting to QA and to address QA batch review comments if any.
- Responsible for maintaining area and equipment cleanliness along with personal hygiene conditions while working at process area.
- Responsible to follow safety precautions while operating the machinery and equally responsible to escalate any unsafe condition at work place as well as within factory premises.
- Check and verify the Weighing details of input and output materials during start and end of the process respectively.
- Responsible to inform any deviation and non-compliance online to production shop floor immediate supervisor and Quality Assurance supervisor.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with R&D and TT departments during the execution of Exhibit and validation batches.
- Responsible for preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Responsible for batch record request in BIMS and receipt of printed batch record.
- Responsible for batch creation in Pharmasecure, Optel and Jekson systems during serialization and aggregation.
- Responsible for batch closing and report generation in Pharmasecure, Optel and Jekson systems after batch execution
