Schott Poonawalla Private Limited is a leading Indo-German organization, manufacturing primary pharmaceutical packaging products in the range of glass ampoules, tubular vials, glass syringes (PFS), cartridges and sterile solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates, possessing hands-on experience and strong technical skills whilst being a team player and having excellent communication skills for the following vacancies for our manufacturing plant at Umarsadi. Schott Poonawalla Private Limited (Umarsadi plant) is hiring for multiple profiles (given in the image below).
OPEN POSITIONS:
1) ASSISTANT MANAGER – PURCHASE (SPPL/2024/09/009)-Diploma/B.E. (with specialization in Mechanical/Electrical), Diploma in Materials Management, having 5-9 years of relevant experience. Preferred candidate should have experience related to procurement management of RM, PM, plant/machinery, capex, stores, spares, project tendering and preparing MIS reports. Knowledge of SAP MM Module & MS office is must.
2) MANAGER SCM (SPPL/2024/09/010) – Bachelors in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, MBA in Supply Chain/ Material Management having 5+ years of relevant experience in any manufacturing industry. Preferred candidate should have working experience in Production Planning, inventory control & management and SAP MM & PP module.
3) ASSISTANT MANAGER-IT (SPPL/2024/09/011)-Diploma/B.E-Computer Science/IT/EC/BCA/MCA having 5-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry. Preferred candidate should have experience with SAP HANA, IT infrastructure, hardware and networking systems management.
4) SHIFT ENGINEER – PRODUCTION (SPPL/2024/09/012) BE/B.Tech (with specialization in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics / Instrumentation/ Production Engg) having 0-3 years of relevant experience. Preferred candidate should have knolwedge of basic electronics maintenance, camera setup for new articles and trouble-shooting of production issues.
5) ENGINEEER-PROCESSING (SPPL/2024/09/013)-B.E Mechanical/ BSc/B. Pharm having 3-6 years of relevant experience in pharma industry. Preferred candidate should have knowledge of clean room area, pharma processing, documentation, SAP system, MS Excel, Word etc.
6) DESIGN ENGINEEER – PROCESSING (SPPL/2024/09/014) – Diploma/ B.E Mechanical having 1-4 years of relevant experience. Preferred candidate should have experience of creating 2D 3D design models & drawings on AutoCad, Solidworks
7) SENIOR EXECUTIVE (MDM) – PROCESSING (SPPL/2024/09/015) IT Engineer having 8+ years of relevant experience. Preferred candidate should have experience of MS Excel, Word, data management, BOM creation, creating new SAP codes. Candodate should also have good english verbal & written communication skills.
8) MANAGER-ENGINEERING (SPPL/2024/09/016) B.E Mechanical/Electrical having 8+ years of relevant experience in pharma industry. Preferred candidate should have experience in pharma process, risk assessment, CAPA, change control, documentation, PM & Breakdown maintenance, etc
9) SENIOR ENGINEER-ENGINEERING (SPPL/2024/09/017) – B.E Electronics/Electrical having 8+ years of relevant experience in pharma industry. Preferred candidate should have experience in PLC, HMI, Siemens, Omron, Fuji, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen Bradley & robotic programming.
10) EXECUTIVE-HR (SPPL/2024/09/018)-Graduation/Post Graduation in HR field having 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry having experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, MIS reports, Data Management, Employee Life Cycle Management, SAP HR, etc.
11) EXECUTIVE-QA (SPPL/2024/09/019)-B.Pharm/BSc./M.Sc. with specialization in Chemistry, Microbiology, etc having minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance.
