1.Accounts Payable (AP) – 2 to 6 Years
Responsibilities:

Invoice processing and payment release

3-way match, Non-PO, GRN concepts
-
Utilities and non-PO invoice handling
-
Invoice auditing and payment processing
-
Working on ERP systems (SAP / Navision / others)
2.Record to Report (R2R) – 2 to 10 Years
Qualification: B.Com / BBA preferred
Responsibilities:

Month-end close activities
-
Key & non-key reconciliations
-
Journal entries (standard & non-standard)
-
Accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases
-
ERP tools: SAP, Blackline, HANA, Ariba, S/4, HighRadius
3. Transaction Roles (Non-Tech Graduates) – 0 to 2 Years
Responsibilities:
-
Data entry and validation of claims & invoices
-
Identifying duplicate claims and discrepancies
-
Policy & non-policy message handling
-
Pre-authorization checks
-
Supporting adjudication and referring cases to relevant teams
-
Identifying savings through claims investigation
Education Eligibility
-
Any Graduate (Non-technical graduates eligible for Transaction roles)
-
Commerce background preferred for Finance & Accounting roles
