Roles & Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for process associates and trainers.

Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill and knowledge gaps.

Develop impact-driven training plans to improve performance and productivity.

Deliver training on soft skills, process operations, and knowledge management.

Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories.

Map role-wise knowledge requirements using structured mapping techniques.

Evaluate and improve training delivery methods for effective knowledge transfer.

Support business teams with continuous learning and upskilling initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 3–7 years in training / SME / operations roles (BPM/BPO preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Ability to analyze performance metrics and training effectiveness

Experience in process training, quality, or operations support is an advantage
