Review & moderate online content based on prescribed guidelines

Ensure content quality & compliance with policies

Recognize trends & patterns and report issues proactively

Provide insights to enhance user experience & content moderation process

Handle and review sensitive content (e.g., graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, hate speech, etc.)

Maintain high-quality customer service standards
