Complete assigned work within defined SLA/TAT timelines.

Ensure correct and verified data on mapping platforms.

Maintain zero client or customer escalations and high user satisfaction.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.

Experience in International Voice Process preferred.

Proficient with computers and MS Office tools.

Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM preferred.

Basic knowledge of Google Maps, geography, and navigation.

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
