🧭 Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) through research and client communication.

Use internal systems to ensure accurate claim resolution, adjustments, and payments.

Identify recurring denials or issues and escalate to the reporting manager.

Meet quality and productivity targets (SLAs).

Document outcomes accurately in billing systems.

Follow all standard policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Continuously improve performance based on feedback and audit results.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics), BA, etc.

Batch: 2020 – 2025 pass outs

💬 Skills Required
