Role 1: Operator OSD Production -Formulation
‘Exposure in Pellets, Hard Gelatin Capsules, Soft Gelatin Capsules, Tablet & Packing in OSD Formulation Manufacturing
Role 2: Officer API -Engineering -(Electrical)
- ‘Exposure of API Process and utility equipment maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Strong knowledge of Substation equipment’s like DG set, Transformer , HT /LT Panel, Breakers
- Basic awareness of DCS / SCADA troubleshooting.
Role 3: Officer API -Engineering – (Mechanical)
- ‘Exposure of API Process and utility equipment’s
- Deep understanding of Utility operations & water system.
- Knowledge of HVAC is mandate.
- Awareness of Preventive and breakdown maintenance procedure.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
Role 4: Officer API -Engineering – (Instrumentation)
- ‘Exposure of SCADA/ DCS system and process automation.
- Knowledge of CSV and PLC Qualification/ Validation
- Awareness about Preventive and breakdown maintenance procedure.
- Awareness about instrument calibration practices.
- Awareness about design of control systems and networking.
Role 5: Apprentice l BE / B. Tech. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical
‘Basic Knowledge about
- Boiler , Air Compressor , refrigeration cycle, Chillers & Nitrogen Generation, Cooling towers, Reactors
- HVAC , Mechanical seal & Industrial Water requirement .
Role 6: Apprentice BE / B. Tech. Electrical / Diploma in Electrical
‘Basic l Knowledge about
1.Circuit Breakers , MCC , PCC, APFC panels , DCS / SCADA/PLC systems
2.Electrical Transformers, High- & Low-tension Lines , DG sets , Motors , Importance of Power Factors Electrical
Role 7: Apprentice BE / B.Tech. Instrumentation / Diploma in Mechanical Instrumentation
Basic Knowledge about
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to instrumentation, control systems, and process automation.
- Basic knowledge about PLC programming languages like ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
- Basic Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet)
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation
