Job Description/Skills Required: 

Lead and coordinate production plan for multiple contract manufacturing sites in order to ensure seamless operations & achieve production targets in line with defined quality & time standards.

Accountabilities

I. Monitor and co-ordinate the production plan to achieve productivity targets as per schedule
II. Review all product and process related quality reports on daily and periodic basis at contract manufacturing sites in compliance with GMP requirements & Cipla quality policy
III. Evaluate & ensure execution of new product & product transfer to meet market requirements
IV. Initiate & Monitor start-up of new Contract manufacturing site to meet increase in market requirements
V. Investigate Market Complaint / Depot inspection jointly with the team and CMO through root cause analysis to resolve critical issues in a timely manner
VI. Prepare and submit deviation /change control in the system for further approval so as to make the change required in the document or sharing the observation at CMS to LLQA
