Job description:

• Generate baseline forecast for touch SKUs
• Ensure the models in the tool are refreshed regularly and produce optimal results (improve demand planning algorithms)
• Experience in Short Term and Mid Term Planning. Reviewing market stock and proposing adjustment (considering existing constraint) to production plan to ensure inventory at the optimum level.
• Good understanding of planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc.
• Deep expertise understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario planning.
• Good Experience in Forecasting, S&OP, Forecast Analysis, Baseline creation
• Hands on experience in Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Promotional SKU analysis, RCA, Customer handling.
• Strong background in production planning, distribution planning, and global requirements planning process.
• Experience in warehouse management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in ERP (preferrable Kinaxis)
• Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge in planning tool, i.e., SAP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, O9, E2Open will be an advantage
