Key Responsibilities
Engineering
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities and manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain HVAC systems, water systems, and plant utilities.
- Handle instrumentation and automation activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and engineering standards.
Production
- Execute manufacturing operations in Compression, Granulation, and Coating sections.
- Operate production equipment according to SOPs.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Ensure product quality and cGMP compliance.
Production – OSD
- Operate Capsule Filling, Glatt Coating, Glatt Granulation, and Fette Compression machines.
- Perform routine production activities.
- Maintain production documentation.
- Ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Central Packing
- Operate BQS, CAM Blister, and Strip Packing machines.
- Perform packing activities as per SOPs.
- Ensure packaging quality and documentation.
- Support batch packaging operations.
Required Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP and SOP compliance.
- Hands-on experience with production and packing equipment.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (Engineering roles).
- Good documentation practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only candidates with Formulation Manufacturing experience are eligible.
- Relevant experience is mandatory for the respective department.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
