Walk-in-Interview Biological E. Limited (BE) invites experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated candidates w 2 to 7 years of experience for the following positions at its Speciality Injectables Business (SGI) in Shameerpet, Hyderabad.
PRODUCTION PHARMA:
1. Position: Officer & Senior Officer
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc.
Required Skills:
- Experience in operating and cleaning a Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic Vial Filling and Sealing Machines, and Automatic PFS filling machines Featured image AVA
- Experience in operating and cleaning Lyophilizers using Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS) in a hands-on manner Set featured image
- Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, and media filling activities Experience in operating autoclaves and terminal sterilizers.
- Preparation of autoclave loads, loading and unloading of autoclaves and sterilizers Experience in cleaning clean rooms and machines
- Execute the assigned manufacturing, filling, and compounding activities as per the schedule.
2. Position: Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification: M. Pharmacy/B Pharmacy
Required Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing, filtration, ling, Lyophilization, sealing, component preparation activities, pre- and post-manufacturing activities, and aseptic operations. Work allocations, monitoring and training of personnel.
- PFS: Experience in planning and execution of automatic PFS filing machines
- Planning and executive of batch manufacturing activities, filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filter integrity
- Exposure to monitoring aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, and aseptic filling and sealing activities Experience in documenting activities on the the floor
- Planning and execution of aseptic media fil simulation activities and intervention execution
QUALITY CONTROL:
- Position: Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
Required Skills:
- Handling biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor IIa)
- Handling the assay of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium is preferable Analysis of the in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material using Tiamo software.
- Handling HPLC/GC with empower software, UV visible instruments, KF, and potentiometers
- Handling IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, Ion Chromatography, AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR

- Collection and submission of in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as described in respective batch manufacturing procedures and packing protocols
- Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples
- Review of the batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and protocols
- Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors
