Role Overview
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting bulk vaccine manufacturing operations and ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cell culture-based bioreactor operations.
- Maintain Master Cell Bank (MCB) and Working Cell Bank (WCB).
- Prepare media and perform filtration and sterilization activities.
- Execute upstream and downstream processing of bacterial and viral antigens.
- Handle Production Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including:
- Change Controls
- Deviations
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during manufacturing operations.
