Key Responsibilities
- Handle API/chemical plant operations including reactors, dryers, filtration, and milling equipment.
- Perform material verification, QC sampling, and batch documentation.
- Lead shop-floor teams while ensuring cGMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance.
- Support OOS/OOT investigations and process optimization.
2. Quality Control (API)

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Engineering (FRM)

- Ensure compliance with labour laws including the ID Act, POSH, EPF, ESI, Factories Act, and related regulations.
- Maintain HRIS records and statutory documentation.
