Ipca Laboratories Limited, one of India’s leading integrated pharmaceutical companies, is conducting a Walk-in Interview for experienced professionals across multiple departments. The company is hiring for its Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh) manufacturing facility and is looking for candidates with experience in USFDA and MHRA-approved pharmaceutical plants. Walk-in Interview Details

Available Positions

1. Production (API)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle API/chemical plant operations including reactors, dryers, filtration, and milling equipment.
• Perform material verification, QC sampling, and batch documentation.
• Lead shop-floor teams while ensuring cGMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance.
• Support OOS/OOT investigations and process optimization.

2. Quality Control (API)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of API products.
• Operate analytical instruments including:
  • HPLC
  • GC
  • LCMS
  • GCMS
  • UV Spectrophotometer
  • Karl Fischer
  • Auto Titrator
  • pH Meter
  • IR Potentiometer
  • Muffle Furnace
• Conduct raw material, in-process, stability, and finished product analysis.

3. Injection (Formulation)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise vial manufacturing operations.
• Handle dispensing, washing, sterilization, and filling activities.
• Maintain logbooks, BMRs, and BPRs.
• Execute change controls through TrackWise.
• Support SOP preparation, URS, and Quality Risk Assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Engineering (FRM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical breakdown maintenance.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities.
• Handle equipment validation, qualification, and calibration.
• Manage spare parts inventory and facility upgrades.
• Maintain QMS documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and qualification activities.

5. Human Resources – Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard candidates.
• Conduct employee induction programs.
• Maintain HR records and employee documentation.
• Process attendance and leave management.
• Support payroll and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle performance management, employee engagement, and training coordination.

6. Human Resources – Industrial Relations (IR)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle disciplinary investigations and domestic enquiries.
• Draft notices, charge sheets, and legal documentation.
• Manage industrial relations and union interactions.
• Coordinate conciliation and labour tribunal matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws including the ID Act, POSH, EPF, ESI, Factories Act, and related regulations.
• Maintain HRIS records and statutory documentation.
