KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct literature & patent research and lead formulation development activities
- Execute pre-formulation, stability studies, and manage scale-up & submission batches
- Prepare, review, and maintain all technical documentation (reports, master records, SOPs)
- Ensure GMP compliance, maintain lab/process standards, and verify logs & records
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and continuously upgrade skills through training
