Job Responsibilities
Production
- Handle pharmaceutical manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling.
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety standards.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
Packing
- Manage primary and secondary blister packing operations.
- Monitor packing line activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GMP requirements.
- Handle packing materials and line clearance activities.
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing operations.
- Ensure adherence to GMP and quality standards.
- Review batch records and manufacturing documentation.
- Support deviation investigations and compliance activities.
