Zenara Pharma, a Biophore Company, is conducting a Walk-In Drive for experienced professionals in its Formulation Division at Cherlapally, Hyderabad. The recruitment drive is open for candidates with relevant qualifications and experience in Production, Quality Control, Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical, and Utility departments.

Walk-In Interview Details

Available Job Positions

1. Production Department

Sections: Granulation, Capsule Filling, Coating, Operator

Required Skills – Granulation

• Operate and monitor granulation equipment according to approved SOPs, BMR, and GMP requirements.
• Perform dispensing, sifting, dry mixing, wet granulation, and related manufacturing activities.
• Operate equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Multi Mill, and Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD).

Required Skills – Tablet Coating

• Operate and monitor tablet coating machines according to approved SOPs, BMR, and GMP requirements.
• Perform film coating, enteric coating, and other approved coating processes.
• Carry out machine setup, assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and changeover activities.

Required Skills – Capsule Filling

• Operate and monitor automatic and semi-automatic capsule filling machines.
• Perform capsule filling operations using approved powders, granules, pellets, and other dosage forms.
• Conduct machine setup, assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and changeover activities.
• Ensure proper availability and identification of empty capsules and approved bulk material before batch initiation.

2. Quality Control Department

Section: Executive / Jr. Executive – HPLC & Wet Analysis

Required Skills

• Knowledge of HPLC and Wet Analysis.
• Chromatographic Techniques.
• cGLP compliance as per 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience in pharmaceutical quality control laboratory operations.

3. Engineering Department

Sections: HVAC, Mechanical, Utility

Required Skills and Responsibilities

• Operation of AHUs, Dehumidifiers, Dust Collectors, Ventilation Systems, and Chillers.
• Breakdown and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Maintenance of air conditioners.
• Checking leakage of chilled water, air leakage from plenums, inspection doors, ducts, and pipelines.
• Supervision of water plants and purified water plants.
• Operation and maintenance of steam boilers.
