Job description
Alembic is looking for an IT Automation Engineering Manager for its IBU Formulation Unit I based at Panelav, Vadodara.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle Track and Trace project.
- Computer system Validation In-House with Third Party vendor.
- Process Generated Data Management & User Management – All Manufacturing equipment
- Provide Operational Support concerning all Manufacturing applications running in the Primary (SCADA applications like Wondureware indusoft, Ifix, Zenon,) and Secondary areas (Applications like ACG inspection, Jekson Inspection, Mettler Weight Checking, etc.
- Handle equipment installation, inspection, and assembly, with a focus on cutting-edge vision inspection and track & trace solutions and strategy and solution architecture for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in Serialization and Aggregation projects and GS1 standards, adept at troubleshooting and innovative problem-solving.
