Job description
- Candidate should have rich experience in Analytical development Complex Injectables (Liposome, nanoparticle, Injectable suspension), Peptide Injectable formulations, lyophilized and general injectable products.
- Candidate should possess sound knowledge on in developing in vitro release methods for complex Injectables products.
- Candidate should have hands on experiences on handling UHPLC with QDa detector, HPLC with RI, and ELS detection modules. Method development experienced is preferred.
- Candidate should have good experiences in method development on particle sizing technique like zetasizer (dynamic light scattering) and mastersizer (Mie theory). Candidate should have complete clarity regarding the techniques.
- Candidate shall possess good hands on method development for degradation products for injectable products. Must possess skill set to separate isomeric and degradation impurities.
- Experiences of working on peptide products is preferable.
- Record the experiment details (procedure, controls, analyses, and observation of the experiments) accurately and completely following good documentation practices in electronic laboratory notebook.
- Communication of data to cross-functional teams, compilation of data for reports and participate in internal group meetings. Perform data trending on a regular basis.
