Key Responsibilities
Production
- Perform injectable manufacturing operations including filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, and compounding.
- Handle garment washing, vial washing, autoclave, ophthalmic, suspension, and lyophilization operations.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Supervise shop-floor activities, QMS documentation, and production processes.
Engineering – Instrumentation
- Calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLC/SCADA systems.
- Maintain filling lines and sterile utility systems.
- Maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime.
Engineering – Process Mechanical
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and qualification of process equipment.
- Maintain clean utility systems and support engineering operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant educational qualification as per the position.
- Required experience in injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering.
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
