Job Description/Skills Required :

  1. To perform Vendor Qualification activities.
  2. To manage Vendor Documents for Vendor Qualification of all plants.
  3. To review Vendor Qualification Documents of all plants.
  4. To provide Vendor Assessment Questionnaire to Manufacturer.
  5. To prepare Audit Agenda and Audit Planner for RM/PM.
  6. To plan and conduct Site Audit as a part of Vendor Qualification.
  7. To prepare audit report and provide report to Vendors.
  8. To review and verify Audit Compliance Report and CAPA.
  9. To prepare Vendor Approval documents and provide to PPIC, Purchase and Manufacturer.
  10. To prepare Quality Agreement for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
  11. To review and update of Vendor Qualification SOP.
  12. To manage and review of Lab Qualification Documents and External Calibration Agency.
  13. To be a team member (need based) for self-inspection of all plants of Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and its subsidiary.
  14. To provide training on CQA SOPs and other related topics.
