Quality Control / Microbiology
Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive : B. Tech. (Biotechnology) / M. Sc. (Biotech / Lifesciences / Microbiology) with 1-5 years of experience in relevant field like Biotech / Vaccine
Candidates would be responsible for the following tasks:
Analyst (Quality Control)
- Candidates should have good knowledge to perform physio-chemical, biochemical, cell culture and molecular biology assays.
- Knowledge of SOPs and document preparation in MS-Office. Should focus on timely execution ensuring that the analysis is carried out as per GMP and batch timelines.
- Knowledge of performing routine sample & stability sample analysis allotted on daily basis and report on time.
- Routine monitoring & operation of the equipment, facility and utilities for GMP compliance.
- Ability to participate and execute in compliance of validation / qualification activities. Flexible to work in shift operations.
Candidates would be responsible for the following tasks:
Microbiologist (Quality Control)
- Routine calibration / verification of micro lab. Instrument / equipment as per schedule.
- Media preparation, disinfectant preparation and relative record maintenance.
- MLT, BET & Bioburden analysis of water and product as applicable.
- Environment monitoring of micro lab & production area.
- Trend preparation for water analysis and EM results.
- Online monitoring, maintaining, and records of daily monitoring logs, usage logs of instrument / equipment etc.
Apprentices (QC / Micro)
- B.Tech (Biotechnology) / M. Sc. (Biotech / Lifesciences / Microbiology) – Freshers from reputed Institutes with good academic records can apply.
