Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for the department of Technology Transfer in the post of Executive to Senior Executive at Ahmedabad based plant on 18th June, Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm at Hyderabad.
Technology Transfer:
Executive to Senior Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 3-8 years of experience in regulated plants with approvals from USFDA, MHRA etc., and should have hands on experience in handling and implementing cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) practices and good documentation practices.
Candidates would be responsible for scaling up technology transfer and exhibiting batches for commercial products, site transfer of approved products from one facility to another facility, evaluating and selecting optimal batch sizes for scaling up using scientific scale up techniques as guidance based on manufacturing processes and equipment capacities for registration batches and launching commercial production.
They would also be responsible for preparing and reviewing of master batch documents, validating protocols and reports related to submission batches & Process validation, coordinating with regulatory, production, PPMC, QC, QA and other functions for technology transfer activities, re-validating, technical trouble shooting, batch size changes & alternate vendor development.

Production- Tablet/ Capsule:
- Officer/ Executive: B. Pharm /M. Pharm with 3 – 7 Years of experience in Tablet/ Capsule department with experience in Gelatin preparation with overall understanding of gelatin process, Encapsulation, Granulation, Wurster Coating, Compression, Coating, Inspection. Responsible to plan for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
- Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma having 3 – 12 Years of experience in operating machines like Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG),. Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
