OSD Production
Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (OSD Production) : B.Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-10 years of relevant experience of OSD production supervision, operation, monitoring, production QMS and related documentation. Candidates should have exposure to working in a regulatory plant.
Technical Assistant / Operator (OSD Production) : ITI / Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 1-6 years of experience in operating pharma machines i.e. granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), compression machines (Cadmach.. etc), coating and inspection machine.
Packing
Technical Assistant / Operator (OSD Packing) : ITI / Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 1-8 years of experience in operating machines like CVC bulk packing & blister packing machine (BQS, ACG, Pampac).
Executive / Sr. Executive (OSD Packing) : B. Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharma with 4-10 years of relevant experience in OSD packing supervision, operation, monitoring and related documentation. Candidates must have exposure to working in a regulatory plant.

Engineering
Technician / Operator : ITI / Diploma Engineer with 1-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical set up (Formulation Manufacturing) in following areas:
• Electrician : Fitter having experience in pharma formulation manufacturing machines / equipment maintenance / trouble shooting.
• Boiler operator : With First Class / Maintenance of HVAC / BMS / HVAC.
• Instrumentation : Sensors controls, PLC, HML, SCADA etc.
Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer
Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager : B.E / B. Tech with 6-12 years of experience in pharma industry).
Civil Engineer : Candidates would be responsible for civil & facility maintenance activities in a formulation site and previous pharma experience is mandatory.
· Responsible for preparing plant drawings as per site requirements and
modifications.
· Responsible for vendor management & ensuring the completion of work
including certification measurement and ensuring timely bill processing.
· Responsible for civil documentation, vendor compliances etc., as per company norms.
Electrical Engineer : Candidates should have sound knowledge of laisoning and statutory requirements, exposure to Gujarat region, preventive maintenance and should have experience in electrical power distribution management.
HT & LT distribution and maintenance (33 KVA and above)
Instrumentation Engineer : Experience in QMS documentation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, equipment qualification of OSD plant and should have knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HLM will be an added advantage.
Quality Assurance
Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive : B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 2-8 years of relevant experience in IPQA / equipment qualification / analytical QA / validation related activities in oral solid dosage manufacturing facilities.
Freshers : Require freshers in Quality Assurance department and should have BA / B. Com / B. Sc. / Diploma in Pharmacy.
Quality Control
Officer / Executive – Quality Control (Analyst / Reviewer) : B.Sc. / M.Sc. with 2-8 years of hands-on experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus, UV visible spectrometer, weight analysis, stability, GLP in OSD formulation manufacturing plant.
Candidates must have exposure to working in a regulatory pharmaceutical plant.
