Walk-In Details

Departments are as follows:
1. Production- OSD
- Executive/ Assistant Manager: B.Tech/ M.Tech with 3 – 7 years of experience in Tablet/ Capsule department with experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection. Responsible to plan for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
- Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant: Diploma having 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection , Band sealing .Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Senior Executive to Assistant Manager – (IPQA): B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 3 to 7 Years of relevant experience of IPQA Activities such as Line clearance, In Process, Sampling of In process and finished products, Swab sampling and Review of BMR for manufacturing and Packing line in Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing facilities.
3. Quality Control
- Executive / Sr. Executive – (Analyst) B.Sc. /B. Pharm/M.Sc. with 3 to 7 years hands-on experience in Finished Goods samples on analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, UV Visible Spectrometer. Candidate may also have exposure of wet Analysis, Stability Studies, for Oral Solid Dosage. The software exposure of LIMS, documentum, Trackwise will be preferable. Looking for candidates for Raw Material Analysis, Method Validation & Method Transfer and Sampling.
4. Packing:
- Technical Assistant (Operator) Diploma in Engineering with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Primary operating Machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line(BQS) and Sachet Packing(Wraptech) . Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment. Monitor equipment performances and breakdown, maintain yield and productivity as per process instruction. Receive, arrange, store and maintain the material movement of Packaging material.
- Executive to Senior Executive B.Tech / M.Tech with 3 to 7 years of experience in handling of Primary Packing activities. Perform packing line clearance, supervise operation for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line(BQS) and Sachet Packing(Wraptech), cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items, Track and Trace (OPTEL) as well as Visual Inspection. Handling of qualification activities. Initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). Prepare SOPs and GMP documents. Perform SAP transactions as per requirement and accountable for yield and productivity.
5.Engineering
- Technician Diploma/ITI/ ITI(Refrigeration) with 3 to 7 years of experience in Utility/HVAC + BMS/ Electrical (HT, LT panels)/ Process Equipment(Granulation, Compression, Packing )/ Instrumentation. Having Good exposures to Breakdown and preventive Maintenance. Pharma and Regulatory Exposure is Must.
- Executive/ Sr Executive (Utility, HVAC+ BMS) : B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical) having 3-7 Years of experience in Maintenance of AHU, Air Compressor, Chiller and Water system. The candidate should have exposure to SAP and adherence to Safety work permits. Pharma and Regulatory Exposure is Must.
- Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (Civil): B.E / B.Tech (Civil) having 8-12 Years in Civil, preparation, design , BOQ, Planning scheduling and supervision of all new projects. The candidate should have exposure to SAP and adherence to Safety work permits. Pharma and Regulatory Exposure is Must.
- Executive/ Sr Executive (Process Equipment): B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) having 3-7 Years experience in Maintenance of OSD equipments used in process such as Granulation, Compression, Packing Etc. The candidate should have exposure to SAP and adherence to Safety work permits. Pharma and Regulatory Exposure is Must.
Candidate Details
- For Production and Packing only B.Tech and M.Tech Candidates are required who have exposure in OSD Production.
- For Quality Assurance role B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidates are required with IPQA experience in OSD.
- For Engineering roles: Candidates must be from Pharma industry only.
- The candidates should have regulatory (USFDA) exposure.
- The candidates should have good communication skills

Technology Transfer
Executive / Sr. Executive : Candidates must have worked in regulated plants having approvals of US FDA, MHRA. etc. and should have hands-on experience in handling and implementing cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) practices and Good Documentation Practices.
Candidates would be responsible for the following tasks:
• Scaling up technology transfer, exhibit batches for commercial products.
• Site Transfer of approved products from one facility to another facility.
• Evaluating and selecting of optimal batch sizes for scaling up using scientific scale techniques as guidance based on manufacturing process and equipment capacities for registration batches and launch commercial production.
• Preparing and reviewing of master batch documents, validation protocols and reports related to submission batches & process validation.
• Coordinating with regulatory, production, PPMC, QC, QA and other functions for technology transfer activities.
• Revalidating technical trouble shooting, batch size changes & alternate vendor development.
Production – OSD
Senior executive / Assistant Manager : B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics) with 3-12 years of experience in Formulation, API or chemical industry. Candidates are required for manufacturing Tablet / Capsule – Granulation, Compression, Coating and Inspection. They would be responsible for planning the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA and investigation) and handling
manpower and allocating daily activities.
Trainee Officer : B.E / B. tech – Freshers who have passed in the year 2023 can attend interview.
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting and visual inspection. Candidates would be responsible for capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO), performing line
clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
For all the positions mentioned, candidates having exposure to pharmaceutical company, regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP will be an added advantage.
