Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Moraiya Manufacturing unit, Ahmedabad on 13th and 14th April, 2024 from 9 am to 5 pm (The interview will take place at Vapi)
Production – OSD
- Senior executive / Assistant Manager : B.E / B.Tech (mechanical, electrical, chemical, electronics, instrumentation and mechatronics) with 3-12 years of experience in formulation, API or chemical industry. Candidates required for manufacturing tablet / capsule – granulation, compression, coating and inspection. They would be responsible for planning the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), handling manpower and allocating daily activities.
- Trainee Officer : B.E / B.Tech – Fresher who have passed in the year 2023 from manufacturing industry can attend interview. Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like, granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), fitzpatrick roll compactor, compression machines (Fette, Korsch), coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), wurster coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting and visual inspection. Candidates would also be responsible for capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Production – Non OSD (Transdermal)
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3 – 8 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS will be preferred.
For all the positions, candidates having exposure in pharmaceutical company, regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP will be an added advantage. Female candidates who are willing to work in shifts can also apply for the mentioned positions.
