ZYDUS – Walk-In Interview for Production / Engineering / QC / QA / Microbiology on 29th Oct’ 2023

Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Manufacturing plant at Ahmedabad on 29th October from 9 am to 5 pm.

Injectables:
Production : Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing / Tunnel / Capping & Lyophilizer – Operator : D. Pharm / DME / ITI with 1-7 years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing / Tunnel / Capping, Lyophilizer & Isolator.
Production – Officer : B. Pharm / M. Pharm / BE with 2-7 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection.
Production QMS : Officer : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-7 years of experience in production QMS and should have experience in areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection.
Engineering : Process Maintenance – Operator : Diploma / ITI with 1-6 years of relevant experience in the maintenance & operations of HVAC, chiller, boiler, AHUs, water system & handling of breakdown, Process maintenance, instrumentation and calibration of Process equipment for injectable manufacturing plant.

 

Quality:
Microbiology – Officer / Executive : M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 3-7 years of experience in injectable doses form and should have experience in media & culture management, M.L.T., growth promotion test, bio-burden test, water monitoring (Sampling & Testing), environment monitoring (Viable & Non-viable)
in aseptic area & identification of environmental isolates.
Quality Control – Officer / Executive : B.Sc. / M.Sc with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus, UV visible spectrometer. Candidates should also have exposure to weight analysis, stability studies in injectable manufacturing plant.Quality Assurance – Executive / Sr. Executive : (IPQA / Validation / Analytical QA) B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. with 2-8 years of relevant experience in IPQA / validation / qualification or analytical QA related activities in Injectable Manufacturing Plant.

 

Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)
Production : FTE / FTA (OSD Production) : ITI / Diploma Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in operating pharma machines i.e., Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), ACG Encapsulation machine, Wruster coating and Inspection Machine (Sensum).
For all the positions mentioned, candidates should have sound knowledge of cGMP documentation and must be familiar with cGMP requirements.
