Walk-in – Production Experience & Fresher, Warehouse exp. 1 to 3 years. Interview – from 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM, 30th April’25, for & at Ankleshwar Unit-1.

Production:

Production:

• Officer / Executive (2-6 years, B.Sc. Chemistry / M. Sc (Industrial Chemistry) / B.E (Chemical))
• Trainee officer (B.Sc / Diploma chemical) (Graduation year 2024)

Engineering:

• Instrumentation (1 to 3 year experience, B.E (Instrument))

 Warehouse:

• Any Graduation + Material Management (1 to 3 years experience of API Industry)

Job Description of Trainee Officer – Production

1. • To follow the entry and exit procedure of the manufacturing blocks including chemical and pharma areas.
2. • To perform all process operations as per BMR.
3. • To clean all equipment’s as per cleaning SOP, Procedure and PCR.
4. • Handling necessary and applicable software required to perform production operations.
5. • To follow all cGMP requirements in the Plant.
6. • To operate all operations as per Safety requirements.
7. • Review/verify the status of all the equipment and other activity logbooks.
8. • To Verify and ensure the housekeeping and sanitization of the areas.
9. • Verification of raw materials, packing materials, intermediates that are issued by Warehouse.
10. • To Ensure Segregation of the raw materials, packing materials, intermediates in the manufacturing storage areas.
11. • Ensure/ Update the equipment /area status board updation after operational activities.
12. • Performing the visual cleanliness verification of the operational equipment before starting the operation as per procedure.
13. • To Operate the equipment’s but not limited to, like reactor, filtration equipment, dryers, powder processing equipment.
14. • To ensure Charging and discharging of materials as per the approved batch manufacturing records.
15. • Packing and labelling of intermediates, drug intermediates and API.
16. • To perform the activities related to equipment Preventive maintenance/calibration as per schedule.
17. • Preparation of the general /breakdown maintenance and permit system as per the requirement.
18. • To ensure that the solid and liquid wastes are disposed off, along with its documentation.
19. • Involve in performance qualification /verification of the equipment as per the requirement.
20. • Preparation of the material requisition slip for the issuance of raw materials, packing materials as per the requirement.
21. • Online filling of the batch records during the execution of the activities.
22. • To submit the completed batch records & logbooks back to QA for review and archival.
23. • To verify the equipment and areas before line/area clearance activities and witness the clearance.
24. • To participate in internal, customer and regulatory audits.
