Walk- In interview Details
- Date: 29th June 2024/ Saturday
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Timings: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
- Venue: Zydus Pharmaceutical Ltd, SEZ-II, Sub Plot no 21,PHARMEZ SEZ Sarkhej Bavla National Highway no 8 A Village, Matoda, Tal Sanand, Dist: Ahmedabad: 382213.
Departments are as follows:
1.Engineering
- Technician Diploma( Electrical / Mechanical)/ITI with 3 to 7 years of experience in Process Equipment(Granulation, Compression, Packing ) maintenance. Having Good exposures in Breakdown and preventive maintenance. Pharma Regulatory Exposure is Must.
- Executive/ Sr Executive (Process Equipment): B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) having 3-7 Years experience in Maintenance of OSD equipments used in process such as Granulation, Compression, Packing Etc. The candidate should have exposure to SAP and adherence to Safety work permits. Pharma Regulatory Exposure is Must.
2.Production
- Technical Assistant: ITI/ Diploma having 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection , Band sealing Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO). Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items. Pharma Regulatory Exposure is Must
- Executive/ Senior Executive: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Any stream) with 3-8 years of experience in industries like Nutraceuticals, Chemical, Pharma devices, Pharma equipments, FMCG, API, Packaging. The role is required to work in Pharma- OSD Production.
3.Quality Assurance:
- Senior Executive to Assistant Manager – (IPQA): B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 3 to 7 Years of relevant experience of IPQA Activities such as Line clearance, In Process, Sampling of In process and finished products, Swab sampling and Review of BMR for manufacturing and Packing line in Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing facilities.
4.Packing:
- Technical Assistant (Operator) Diploma in Engineering with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Primary operating Machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line. Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment. Monitor equipment performances and breakdown, maintain yield and productivity as per process instruction. Receive, arrange, store and maintain the material movement of Packaging material. Pharma Regulatory Exposure is Must.
5.Dispensing:
- Technical Assistant Diploma in Engineering / D. Pharmacy/B.Sc. with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Raw material and Solvent Dispensing operations and having knowledge of SAP system. Pharma Regulatory Exposure is Must.
- Officer to Senior Executive Dispensing B.Sc. /M.Sc./ B. Pharma with 3 to 7 years of experience in handling of all Raw Material Dispensing operations. Well versed with SAP WMS, QMS, Qualification & MES / Automated Dispensing System. Having exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.
6. Warehouse:
- Technical Assistant (Operator) ITI/ Diploma /B.A. /B.com with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz; receipt, storage, issuance and handling of materials. Preference will be given to knowledge of ASRS System, stacker operation & SAP system. Pharma Regulatory Exposure is Must
- Officer to Senior Executive B.Sc./M.Sc. / B. Pharma graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience in handling of warehousing activities. Exposure of handling Raw Material, Packing Material receipt and issuance activities. Having good knowledge of QMS area and equipment qualification related activities. Well versed with SAP MM module with WMS. Handling of expired, rejected, non-moving and obsolete inventory. Having exposure of USFDA/MHRA and other regulatory audits.
