We are looking for QA professional for our OSD Manufacturing Facility based out of Ahmedabad.
- Education Qualification: M.Pharmacy/ B. Pharmacy
- Experience : 5-6 Years of experience in Cleaning Validation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Cleaning Validation/Verification protocol and report.
- Identify worst-case product as per new approach in cleaning validation
- Perform Cleaning validation sampling.
- Preparation of product matrix/Equipment matrix for cleaning validation.
- Preparation of protocol and Report Product Campaign, clean equipment and dirty equipment hold time study
- Perform Periodic revalidation of Worst-case product as per the Revalidation Schedule.
- Preparation of CVMP.
- MACO calculation in cleaning validation/Verification.
- Total Surface area calculation in cleaning validation/Verification
- Identification of the worst-case location of equipment with the help of the riboflavin test.
- Assessment of introduction of new products and new equipment in cleaning validation/Verification.
- Knowledge about Process validation and continuous process verification.
