Job description:

• Plant Operator-Injectable-Production- ITI/Diploma with 2 to 5 Years of experience in Injectable manufacturing operations. Should have operational knowledge of Aseptic filling, Vial washing, Autoclave, Capping machine, Lyophilizer and Vial leak testing machine.
• Officer-Executive-Injectable Production- B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2 to 5 years of experience supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection. Should know about QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation).
• Senior Executive/Assistant Manager-Engineering– B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Electrical) with 5 to 8 years of experience in Injectable operations (Plant maintenance). Should have experience in Preventive maintenance activities of injectable equipment like Isolators, Filling machines, Lyophilizers and Autoclaves. Exposure to Engineering QMS shall be preferred.
• Plant Operator Engineering- I.T.I /Diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance of Injectable facility. Should have operational expertise in injectable facilities and knowledge of the Utility area- Air Compressor, Chiller and Water system.
• Executive/Sr. Executive- Microbiology- M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 3 to 7 years of experience in Injectable doses form. Should have experience in Media & Culture management, M.L.T., Growth Promotion test, Bio-burden test, Water monitoring (Sampling & Testing), Environment monitoring (Viable & Non-viable) in aseptic area & Identification of environmental isolates.
• Microbiology Sterility Assurance: Officer / Executive – M. Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology) with 2 to 5 Years of relevant microbiology experience. Should have experience in the aseptic area, personal qualification and aseptic process simulation (Media fill).
• Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager- Quality Assurance (IPQA/Validation) B. Pharm/ M. Pharm with 2 to 8 Years of relevant experience in IPQA and Validation/Qualification related activities in Injectable Manufacturing facilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

For all the positions, candidates to have exposure in an Injectable Sterile plant and regulatory requirements of documentation as per cGMP/GLP.
