WALK-IN INTERVIEW FOR THE POSITION OF HR SHARED SERVICES AT ZYDUS (0-5 Years Exp.).
Job Responsibilities:
- This person will be single point – Play the role of HR Shared Service Business Partner between HRBP and TA at location/ multiple locations support all transactional back office/ support activities in coordination with HR Shared Services HUB / Central team.
- Lead and monitor workplan of Location SSD team, managing daily, weekly monthly MIS for HR insights etc.
- Transactional back office / support activities includes and limited to end to end recruitment back office, employee data management and reporting related activities.
Recruitment Back Office Related Activities:
- Candidate coordination and Documentation Pre and Post Onboarding
- Offer Letters Coordinate with HRSS HUB team for timely release if Offer Letter by TA/ Candidate for the request initiated by TA/ HRBP Team
- Recruitment Cost – Coordination with TA/ HRBP team for timely generation of FRN and issue of payments to employees
- Appointment letter – Timely issue of Appointment Letter to Employee on the day of joining in coordination with TA/ HRBP Team and HRSS HUB Team
- Personal E -File & Personal file – File on Zydus Connect 2.0 (Resume, Statutory Documents, Photo, Appointment letter and last 3 months salary slip and experience letter of previous company, Pan Card, Address Proof) (SOFT COPY)** & Ensure Personal E-file docket is verified , reviewed by HRBP team and filed
Employee Data Management Related Activities:
- Onboarding Checks – Validation of Zydus Connect 2.0 data and prepare Personal File. Coordinate with various stake holder for on boarding related activities (Email ID, Onboarding Kit etc)
- Hiring & Employee Activation – Timely coordination with HRSS HUB team for employee number creation and hiring post checks during on boarding
- CTC updation – Share acknowledged copy (HRBP and Employee) of Appointment CTC and share it HRSS HUB Payroll team for payroll processing.
- Email ID updation – Coordinate with IT and 0365 Team for timely creation of ID post receiving of FRN and appropriate details for ID card creation and update the same ion Zydus Connect 2.0 coordinating wth HRSS HUB Team
- Leave Reporting / PMS Changes – Coordinate for Leave Reporting Change / PMS received from Business HR Team and get updated on Zydus Connect 2.0 by HRSS HUB Team
- Bonafied Employee Certificate – Coordinate with the HRSS HUB team to issue Bonafide Certificate to Employees
- Department/ Division/ Position / Role Change – Timely coordination with HRBP team and HRSS HUB team for updating on Employment related changes on Zydus Connect 2.0 .
- Probation & Confirmation – timely issue of Confirmation due list to HRBP team coordinate with HRBP team to ensure closure of feedback by L1 Manager & HRBP . Issue confirmation letter to HRBP team in coordination with HRSS HUB Team.
- Experience & Relieving letter – On the closure of Exit clearance, coordinate with the HRBP team and HRSS HUB team to issue experience and reliving letter issued to exiting employees
- F&F Creation – Provide location-level inputs coordinating with various departments and share the same with HRSS HUB Payroll team for final calculation post approval from the HRBP Team
- Absconding Action – initiate absconding action on the system (Zydus Connect 2.0) based on inputs received from the time and attendance team and approval from the HRBP team
