Walk-in for Injectable | QC, Microbiology, Production and Engineering @ Zydus Lifesciences
Quality Control (Investigator): Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager
- QC Investigator : B.Sc./ M.Sc./M.Tech having 8-12 years of experience in Biotechnological products (like recombinant proteins, hormones, monoclonal antibodies, cytokines) investigation and planning. Having knowledge of QMS (OOS/OOT/incident) for biotechnological products. Handled LIMS, trackwise like softwares for analysis and QMS investigation.
Quality Control (Analyst-Biotech): Officer/Executive
- B.Sc./ M.Sc./M.Tech having 2-6 years of experience in Biotechnological products (like recombinant proteins, hormones, monoclonal antibodies, cytokines) analysis.
Quality Control (Analyst- Chemical): Officer/Executive
- B.Sc./Pharm/M.Sc. with 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience on HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus and UV Visible Spectrometer. Should also have knowledge of weight analysis, stability studies, for Injectable dosage forms. Also require candidate with experience of Bio Assay QMS and analytical data Review.
Quality Control (Microbiology): Officer to Sr. Executive
- M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 2 to 5 years of experience in Injectable doses form. Should have experience in Media & Culture management, M.L.T., Growth Promotion test, Bio-burden test, Water monitoring (Sampling & Testing), Environment monitoring (Viable & Non-viable) in aseptic area & Identification of environment isolates.
Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant- Injectable-Production:
- ITI/Diploma with 2 to 5 Years of experience in Injectable manufacturing operations. Should have operational experience of Batch Manufacturing, Aseptic filling, Vial washing, Autoclave, Capping machine, Lyophilizer, Vial leak testing machine.
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant Engineering:
- I.T.I /Diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience in Utility area- Air Compressor, Chiller, Water system, Process Maintenance and Instrumentation.
Apprentice Trainee Injectable-Production:
- B.E/ Diploma/ ITI- Fresher candidate for apprentice in Injectable production department.
Preferred candidate profile:
For all the positions, (Except of Apprentice) it is essential for candidates to have exposure in Injectable Sterile plant and regulatory requirements of documentation as per cGMP/GLP.
