Trainee (Machine operator):
Candidates should hold a diploma and have graduated in the years 2023 / 2022 / 2021. Candidates receiving first class will be preferred. They would be responsible for operating and cleaning equipment as per the cleaning and operating procedure of the SOPs, setting the critical process parameters in PLC as per BMR, checking and filling sequential logbook, checklist, temperature and % RH record, ensuring proper label affix with the correct product name and batch number on the container, ensuring machine maintenance within the department and also ensuring all in-process checks.

Key Job Description:
- To operate and to clean equipment as per the cleaning and operating procedure of the laid down SOPs.
- To set process parameters in PLC as per BMR.
- To check and to fill sequential logbook, cleaning checklist, temperature, and % RH record and BMR.
- To ensure that proper label affix with the correct product name and batch no. on the container.
- To fill the formats & checklist prepared on basis of SOPs.
- To ensure machine maintenance within the department.
- To ensure all in-process checks.
Requirements:
- Qualification : Diploma
- Total Years of Experience : 0- 2 Years
- Experience in Zydus : Min. One Year
