Zydus Biologics (also known as Zydus Cadila) is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India primarily engaged in the manufacture of generic drugs. It ranked 100th in the Fortune India 500 list in 2020. Cadila was founded in 1952 by Ramanbhai Patel (19252001), formerly a lecturer in the L.M. Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Engineering and Warehouse department for Zydus Biologics (Zydus Biotech Park) on 19th March, Tuesday from 9 am to 3 pm.
Engineering:
Instrumentation
- Executive / Sr. Executive : B.E / B.Tech in instrumentation with 2-5 years of experience in biotech industry. Candidates would be responsible for preventive maintenance of plant / process equipment, calibrations, qualification of equipment & 21 CFR SCADA systems, instruments and utilities as per defined procedure.
- They should have hands on experience in troubleshooting areas of SCADA, PLC & instruments, must have knowledge of process equipment’s like Autoclaves, Bioreactors, fermenters, Lyophilizes etc. Candidates must have experience in safety procedures & practices like LOTO, use of PPEs, work permits system etc.
Plant Operator : ITI / Diploma Engineer with 3-8 years of experience in the following areas:
- Water System: Candidates would be responsible for maintenance / breakdown maintenance of water system, operating bore well, softener, RO plant, WFI, purified water and pure steam generation and distribution system.
- Plant Operator Electrician : Candidates would be responsible for maintenance / breakdown maintenance of electrical system / lighting system / DOL, star delta starters / VFD based panels / vessels, vial washing machine, dehydrogenation tunnel, vial filling machine, vial capping machine, packing machines, bioreactors, centrifuge / chiller, air compressor, boiler and water treatment plant. They would also be
responsible for operating DG sets, LT panels, HT panel, Transformer and other electrical switchgears. - HVAC System: Candidates would be responsible for AHU system, BMS / EMS system, preventive maintenance of AHU System and periodic filter cleaning, performing air velocity and HEPA filter integrity, operating and maintaining of VRV system, maintenance
of split AC and walk-in cooler. - Instrumentation: Candidates would be responsible for maintaining calibration record of instruments, chambers and cold room and calibration of instruments. They would be responsible for procedure for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance, working principal of instruments and its troubleshooting, equipment
problem troubleshooting, PLC wiring loop checking, plant maintenance activity, level sensor calibration and computer knowledge.
Warehouse
- Executive / Sr. Executive: M.Sc. / M. Com / B.Sc. with 3-8 years of experience in GMP system and shall be able to write QMS documents. Candidates should have excellent knowledge of SAP and should be well versed with all T-Code for making GRN invoice, STO and FG dispatches. Candidates should have operated ASRS facility, should be able to perform equipment validation / performance verification activities for cell bank storage system, deep freezers and temperature monitoring activities for warehouse area. The person should have thorough knowledge and experience of material management (receipt, store, reject, dispense, dispatch) for raw material, consumable, API (DS) and drug product.
- For all the positions mentioned, candidates having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP / GLP is essential.
Note :
(1) All the employees will be working in shifts according to work allocation.
(2) The shift deployment for Male Candidates will be A/B/C. Candidates can walk in with a recent copy of their resume with copies of relevant qualification certificates/ mark sheets, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, latest increment letter, experience letter of previous organizations if any, and salary slips for the last 3 months.
