Key Responsibilities
- Reactor charging, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and unit operations
- Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR/BPR
- Ensure SOP, GMP, EHS & data integrity compliance
- Monitor process parameters (Temperature, Pressure, RPM, etc.)
- Maintain batch records and documentation
- Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling and in-process checks
- Drive yield improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance
