1. Production Department
Position: Granulation / Capsule Filling / Coating Operator
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, or B.Sc.
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Department: Formulation Division
Key Responsibilities
Granulation Operations
- Operate and monitor granulation equipment according to approved SOPs, BMR, and GMP requirements.
- Perform dispensing, sifting, dry mixing, wet granulation, and related manufacturing activities as per batch requirements.
- Operate equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Multi Mill, and Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD).
Tablet Coating Operations
- Operate and monitor tablet coating machines as per approved SOPs, BMR, and GMP requirements.
- Perform film coating, enteric coating, and other approved coating processes.
- Carry out machine setup, assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and changeover activities.
Capsule Filling Operations
- Operate and monitor automatic/semi-automatic capsule filling machines.
- Perform capsule filling operations using approved powder, granules, pellets, or other dosage forms.
- Carry out machine setup, assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and changeover.
- Ensure proper availability and identification of empty capsules and approved bulk material before starting the batch.
2. Quality Control Department
Position: Executive / Jr. Executive – HPLC & Wet Analysis
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Key Skills
- Knowledge of HPLC and Method Validation (MV).
- Knowledge of Wet Analysis.
- Experience with chromatographic techniques.
- Knowledge of GLP compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
3. Engineering Department
Position: Executive / Jr. Executive – HVAC / Mechanical / Utility
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operation of AHUs, dehumidifiers, dust collectors, ventilation systems, and chillers.
- Breakdown and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Maintenance of all air conditioners.
- Checking leakages of chilled water, air leakages from plenums, inspection doors, ducts, and piping lines.
- Supervision of water plant and purified water plant operations.
- Operation of steam boilers.
