- Processor-0 t0 3 Years
- Senior Procesor-3.8 to 6 Years
Job description:
- Should have deep knowledge in Loan underwriting/ Pre UW/Origination
- Compute Income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
- Expertise in Compliance TRID Guidelines (Fees)
- Perform Mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
- Maintain Production goals & Standards in accordance with established SLAs and Metrics.
- Work from Office
- Night shift
- Work location Chennai Sholinganallur
- Transportation: 1 way Cab
- Week off: 2 days rotational off
- Notice Period – Immediate Joiners (Preferable) to 15 Days
- Freshers with Good Communication
