Role & responsibilities
Experience in mortgage loans/ complaints is must.
Adherence to, and achievement of, individual and departmental Service Levels, Objectives and Quality Standards
- Review and log incoming DSAR requests in line with detailed procedures and handling guides.
- Take ownership for keeping up to date with internal procedural changes and policy updates, ability to deal well with change.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in International Consumer Lending or Insurance Back-Office operations (UK Preferred) or in Complaints Management
Mortgage operations/ mortgage loans
Location: Ghansoli
Shift: UK Shift
Work from office only
