• Location: Wipro Campus, Vendor Gate, 203, 115/1, ISB Rd, Opp. Dominos, Financial District, Gachibowli, Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032

Role Overview:

• Position: Non-Voice Process – Customer Success, Service & Operations
• Industry: BPO / Call Centre
• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
• Salary Package: ₹1.75 – 2 Lacs P.A.

Required Skills and Specifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Tools and Computer skills
• Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
• Shifts: Rotational, including night shifts
• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduation (mandatory documents: Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet)
  • Post-Graduation (Only MBA candidates are eligible)
• Eligible Batch: Graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024
• Availability: Immediate joiners only; candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible

Working Days:

• Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days rotational week off
