Roles and Responsibilities

• Good written and very good verbal communication skills
• Skilling on all voice and back office queues as per requirement.
• Minimum typing speed of 24 WPM and 90% accuracy
• Good computer navigational skills and familiar with MS office
• Should have good customer service skills
• Basic understanding of business structure, including key processes, services, business goals
  & role of main functions

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent English communication skills
• Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
• Should be comfortable working in 24*7 shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Note:

• Candidates from B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. CS, BTech, BCA, B.E , MBA background are not eligible
• Candidates who are pursuing graduation/post graduation are not eligible.
• Should not be from a technical background
