✅ Ensure compliance with community guidelines & policies
✅ Identify hate speech, abusive, derogatory, or illegal acts
✅ Make policy-based decisions on content moderation

✅ Attend required training sessions & QA meetings
✅ Maintain high accuracy & quality standards in reviews
