🧠 Job Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate video content involving graphic/violent/explicit/egregious material
- Take action per content policy guidelines
- Attend trainings, QA meetings, and wellness sessions
- Ensure policy compliance on platforms like YouTube/AdSense
🧑🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates from any stream (Hons/General)
- 2022, 2023, or 2024 pass-outs only
- Provisional and consolidated marks cards are mandatory
- Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Bangalore
- Rotational shifts and week-offs (24×7 environment)
- Comfortable with graphic/explicit content moderation
✨ Preferred Skills:
- Awareness of Google Ads/AdSense, YouTube monetization
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong logical reasoning
- Fluent in English + one or more regional languages
- Familiarity with Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Knowledge of online content, culture, & current events
