Job Description/Skills Required
- API and UI Selenium + Java Test Automation engineer with greater than 5yhrs exp
- Candidate should have knowledge of full system Testing life cycles.
- Knowledge of Test management tools & quality assurance practices and related tools are required.
- Should have experience in Setting up the automation framework for different platforms including Web, android, iOS apps.
- Should be able to develop automation test suite for Web Applications including ReactJS application.
- Should atleast have 1 Year of Project Hands on experience in Writing clean and re-usable automation scripts using Rest Assured API Automation tool framework.
- Should have experience in Writing clean and re-usable automation scripts using Java with Selenium framework.
- Should have experience in Setting up Continuous Integration using Maven, Jenkins and GIT
- Should have experience in Git, Postman, Java with selenium, TestNG framework, Jenkins, Experience in A11Y testing would be preferred.
- Should have Defining XPath in HTML and CSS to target elements in the application.
- Should have Designed test scripts for API with Rest-assured framework.
- API testing skills using POSTMAN.
- Testing different aspects of the application and certify A11Y compliance.
- Responsible for providing test plans, efforts, estimation and test Strategy reports.
- Analyze test failures, ratio of success and documenting the defects in JIRA and present to the project leaders.
- Generate test coverage reports, ratio of success, failures and presenting in agile meetings.
- Identify automation test cases and developing test scenarios for Sanity and regression testing.
- Mentoring offshore team and responsible for code reviews.
- Performing automation test execution in cross browsers and platforms.
- Working closely with development team to understand the technical design of the application.
- Tracking and documenting application defects in JIRA and works with development team to get the defect addressed.
- Job 2 :
- • 6-8 years of strong automation hands on experience
- • 4 to 6 years of experience with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Ant, DB2 / SQL, UNIX, Jenkins
- • 2 to 3 years of Experience in REST API / Middleware testing primarily using native/third party Java libraries (good to have)
- • 6 to 8 years of experience with Functional, Regression Testing. Expected to be hands on automation as well as lead the team.
- • Experience in working with JSON messages; Basic experience working on server platforms physical or cloud (Windows Server/Linux)
- • Strong Capital Market Domain Knowledge.
- • Design the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards
- • Create the software test plan, get it reviewed and approved/ signed-off by the relevant stakeholders
- • Good Estimation skills, coordination skills to interact with testing team, TCOE team, and cross functional teams
- • Working experience in Agile platform
- • Responsible for organizing and delivering End-To-End testing within a Project
- • Expertise with version control tools and agile tools (e.g., Git, SVN, etc.)
- • Experience in writing SQL (data retrieval/update/inserts) on DB2 / Oracle / MS SQL Server.
- • Experience with JIRA, Confluence
