Wipro, POWAI is currently Hiring for – INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English Mandatory)
- Good customer care skills
- Good information processing skills
- Good reasoning ability
- Good team working skills
- Basic influencing & persuasion skills.
- Basic Working knowledge of Computer
- Knowledge of desktop computer system
Eligibility Criteria:1. Fresher candidates can apply. (Exp from 1-2 years can also apply)
2. Candidates who are 12th pass out, Graduates and Post Graduates can apply.
3. Should be flexible working in 24X7 Rotational Shifts as well as night shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Night Shifts)
4. Should be flexible with Work From Office (WFO)
5. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
6. Candidates should be residing in MUMBAI/POWAI are preferred. (Relocation is not allowed)
7. Candidate should be fully vaccinated.
(Experience in call center will be an advantage)
(IATA certification or Experience in airline ticketing would be an added advantage. )
NOTE: BSC (IT), BTECH, MBA, LLB, B.PHARMA, are NOT ELIGIBLE.*** Candidates should have – Experience Letter from Last Organization/All Educational
